Join Froglife for an evening of amphibian surveys in Alloa

Join staff from Froglife for an evening of amphibian surveys and learn how to identify our native amphibian species as you undertake 3 methods of pond survey at RSPB Black Devon Wetland's Reserve.  This session is based entirely outdoors and gives you the opportunity to get hands on and learn about netting, egg-searching and torching techniques.  No previous knowledge / experience is required.  You can help amphibian and reptile conservation in the UK by submitting your sightings to Froglife’s Dragon Finder app.

This session is based outdoors so please bring clothing suitable for the weather forecasted. We recommend layers and waterproofs. Wellies are highly recommended for this session and please bring a head torch if you have one. Please mention when booking if you require wellies / head-torch.
