Higgins Neuk - Finds & Feedback Workshop

Sat. 16 Dec, 2017 10:30 am
Following their dig at Higgins Neuk in October the SCAPE Trust are reconvening for a finds and feedback workshop at Callendar House.

After years of research from historian John Reid indicated the spot at the mouth of the Pow Burn may be the site of a former Royal dockyard, the Trust have been working with the local community on a series of events in the area, culminating in the excavation earlier this year.

SCAPE, along with some volunteers who were on-site, will be processing and washing the finds that were discovered, as well as discussing the event and what it means for the location.

Mince pies and festive cheer will be supplied.
