The Inner Forth Landscape Initiative programme ended in September 2018. Between 2014 and 2018 the eight members of the Inner Forth Landscape Partnership invested around £1,215,000 in the Initiative as a whole. This combined with a grant of £1.75m from the Heritage Lottery Fund, and match funding from a range of other funders, to provide almost £4m to be spent within the four years. It successfully delivered 54 projects to help achieve IFLI's vision to conserve, protect and celebrate the natural, historic and cultural heritage of the Inner Forth landscape.
Although the Initiative has ended, the Partnership is continuing, with Fife Council joining the existing eight partners. This new phase, which we are calling Inner Forth Futures, will focus on maintaining the legacy of what was achieved through IFLI, and looking at ways to build on those achievements in the future.
Welcome to the Inner Forth Landscape Initiative. We are a Heritage Lottery Funded ‘Landscape Partnership Scheme’ located on the upper Firth of Forth.
