Mirran joined the Climate FORTH team in July 2025 as the Business and Visitor Engagement Project Officer. Mirran is excited to work in partnership with local businesses and visitors to help build climate resilience across the Inner Forth.

 

Mirran studied Zoology at the University of Exeter before taking on roles with The Froglife Trust and the Edinburgh and Lothians Greenspace Trust, where she has worked on a variety of nature conservation and engagement projects in Scotland.

 

Outside of work, Mirran loves to spend time in nature, particularly wild swimming, hillwalking and wildlife watching - with a particular soft spot for all things reptile!
